7.88 Mile Bike Ride + Shoulder Workout
Got to the gym this morning for a good start to the weekend. I jumped on the expresso bike, selected a "challengin" course named "Wicked Workout" and got started. It was definitely though, but I was able to complete the mountainous 7.88 mile course in 30:18 with 400 calories burned.
After the bike I headed over to the free weight area and proceeded to do 3 shoulder exercises. Good stuff!
