Shoulder Workout

Hit up the gym today at lunch time for a great shoulder workout. I lifted heavy as opposed to lifting lots of reps at light weight. I felt good, though I'm sure I'll be feeling sore in the coming days as a result of the workout.

Boston Loop at Good Pace

Adam and I hit the streets tonight for a quick run at a quick pace. We ran from the North end, past the TD BankNorth Garden, up Staniford, left onto Cambridge, and then a left onto State St., which led us back to the North End. It was about a 20 minute run and for a distance of about 2.5 miles.
