1 Mile Run + Bi's & Tri's

1 Mile Run + Bi's & Tri's

Sara and I have kept up our momentum with our trips to the gym and tonight was no different. After picking her up from the Southborough train station we headed to the gym and I jumped on the treadmill. The idea was to put together a very quick 1 mile run, which I was able to keep to. I ended up finishing the 1.00 mile run in 6:34 with 140 calories burned.

After finishing the run I headed over to the weight area and then worked on bi's and tri's for about 25 minutes before calling it quits.
