Had a good all around workout at Granite Falls today. Did 10 minutes on stair climber, 10 minutes on elliptical, 10 minutes on the upright bike, and then 10 minutes on the treadmill. Afterwards I did a couple of lifting exercises for chest, then finished with 600 yards of swimming.

Gym workout
Finished a 3 mi run on the treadmill today in 22:42. Mile splits were:
Mile 1: 8:07
Mile 2: 7:41
Mile 3: 6:54
Afterwards I worked shoulders and triceps.
