3 Mile Run + Bicep/Tricep Workout
Started off my Saturday with a solid workout at the BSC in Westborough. I ran 3 miles on the treadmill in 22:04 for an average pace of 7:20/mile with 420 calories burned. After finishing up the run I headed over to the free weights area and worked on 2 bicep and 3 tricep exercises before finally finishing with 50 abs. Solid.

2.55 Mile Run & Shoulder Workout
Another day, another solid workout. Made it to the gym tonight with Sara. While she headed for the eliptical I went for a 2.55 mile run in 17:27 for an average pace of 6:55/mile with 352 calories burned.
After the run I did 4 shoulder exercises before finishing up with 100 abs.

3 Mile Run + Bi's & Tri's
3 Mile Run + Bi's & Tri's
Sara and I got to the gym again this evening. I went for a 3 mile run that I finished in 21:42 for an average pace of 7:13/mile with 419 calories burned. After finishing the run I worked on a little bi's and tri's before finishing with 100 abs.
