2 Mile Treadmill Run in 14:30
Got to the BSC gym at lunchtime for a solid workout. Besides lifting shoulders I threw together a fairly pacey 2 mile run in 14:30. Nikeplus indicates thay my pace per mile was 7:13 - though if you do the math it doesn't quite make sense as it would be off by a few seconds.
