2.57 Mile Run in 19:42

I got outside tonight after work and went for a pretty tough 2.57 mile run. It was fairly humid, but I was feeling the need for a run. Once I hit the roads I was not feeling as well physically as I thought I was, though I tried to keep up a pretty good pace for a while. I ended up finishing the 2.57 mile run in 19:42 for an average pace of 7:38/mile.

Shoulder Workout

Made it to the gym again today for a shoulder workout. I did standing dumbbell raises, sitting dumbbell raises, assisted bench should press, plate raises, and shrugs.

Bicep & Tricep Workout

Made it to the gym at lunchtime and got in a decent bicep and tricep workout. I did standing dumbbell hammer curls, standing long bar curls, tricep V bar pulldowns, tricep rope pull downs, tricep push machine, and long bar raises.
