1 Mile Run, Bicep & Tricep Workout, 2.38 Mile Bike Ride
Got to the Westborough BSC, and started right up with a fast 1 mile run. Finished the 1.01 mile sprint (for me), in 6:03 for an average pace of 6:02/mile. I then cooled down, then headed to the free weights for a bicep and tricep workout. After spending about 20 minutes there, I then jumped on the expresso bike and completed a 2.38 mile loop on the "Evening Bliss" course in 8:17 with 99 calories burned.
Quick intense workout.
