5K (3.2 Mile) Run, Chest Workout, 4.45 Mile Bike
Another crazy evening workout at BSC Westborough tonight. Started out with a 5K run on the treadmill in 22:15. It was a pretty good time, but I honestly felt like garbage. I definitely need to take tomorrow off from running altogether.
After the run I went to the free weight area and did dumbbell chest press of 45-50-55, then did close grip press of 60lbs for 3 sets, then did some lat pulldowns to switch things up a bit.
Finally I moved back to my new found addiction - the expresso upright bike. In the interest of time I went for a shorter 4.45 mile ride called fruitdale. I ended up finishing the 4.45 mile ride in 15:47. Results below.
