1.05 Mile Run, 5.4 Mile Bike, & Bicep Workout
Got to the gym for a good evening workout at the new BSC Westborough. Started off with a fast 1.05 mile run in 6:43 for an average pace of 6:22/mile.
After getting off the treadmill, I started up the expresso bike on "Billy Goat Falls" a 5.40 mile. It was pretty darn difficult for my first bicycle course outside of the "easies" but I had fun with it since it was challenging. I ended up finishing the course in 24:39.
After both cardio workouts I did a few pretty tough bicep workouts and a quick ab workout.
Got a great routine going.
