3 Games of 2v2 BBall, 1 Mile Bike Workout, & Chest Workout
Got to the gym for a rare Sunday night workout. Met Stever at my new favorite gym, the BSC in Westborough. We started off with a little basketball shootaround, then another couple of dudes showed up and asked to play a little 2vs2 to 11, best of 3 games. After losing the first game, we came back and won the second, before falling in the final game 9-11. Sucks, but it was a great cardio workout.
Afterwards we jumped on the awesome upright expresso bikes for a quick 1 mile workout. We ended up biking rolling thunder - results are below.
Finally we jumped off the bikes and finished off with bench press, sitting machine flies, & abs.
