2 Mile Treadmill Run + Shoulder Workout

Went to the crappy Natick BSC today since it was a Sunday and it is much closer to home. I started off with a quick 2 mile run in 15:50, then proceeded to work on shoulders and abs for the remainder of the workout. Feels good to be back in the gym again, though it may take a while to get back into good lifting shape.
