2.06 Mile Run in 14:36
Still at it! Got to the BSC Natick gym for another workout with L-Train this weekend. While not quite as intense as last weekend, I upped the cardio portion by a mile to 2. I ended up finishing the 2.06 mile run in 14:36 for an average pace of 7:04/mile. Not bad considering that run was after a pretty hard bicep and tricep workout. We'll see how I feel tomorrow!
Good news on the home treadmill front! I fixed it this morning with the help of the kit from "Treadmill Doctor".
