Bicep & Tricep Workout at BSC

Bicep & Tricep Workout at BSC

Got in a great workout at BSC. Got right to work with standing hammer curls, then did nosebreakers with bench press finish, then did rope pulldowns, bicep pulldowns, tricep pulldowns with curved bar, bicep curls, machine assisted tricep press, and about 200 abs to finish things off.
