Lifting & Running at BSC
Nice little lunchtime workout at BSC today. Started off working shoulders (sitting overhead press, standing dummbell raises), then worked chest (sitting flies, cable crossovers), then finished with a little tri's (standing plate raises). Afterwards, I went upstairs to the running track and did a couple of pacey sprints. Unfortunately the air quality is horrible and reminds me of indoor tracks - so I couldn't last too long.
