Shoulder Workout + Basketball Shootaround
Made it to the gym today for a lunchtime workout. I did sitting overhead dumbbell press, standing dumbbell raises, machine assisted sitting overhead press, and shrugs.
After lifting shoulders I decided to head to the basketball court for a bit of work on cardio and coordination. After airballing everything I finally started getting in a groove and even hit 4 in a row from 3pt line at one point.
