Mid-Day Bicep/Tricep Workout + BBall Shootaround

Got to the gym today with a focus on working on the biceps and triceps. I did standing hammer curls, sitting curls, nosebreakers, standing bicep pulldowns, and tricep pulldowns both with the rope and triangle bar. I finished the workout with about 15 minutes of shooting hoopes.
