Mid-Day Chest Workout + BBall Shootaround

Got in another lunchtime workout today, this time focusing on chest. I did lying dummbell press, lying machine assisted bench, flys, cable crossovers, and then finished with some squats for no particular reason. After the lifting session I shot hoops for about 10 minutes for a bit of cardio.
