3 Mile Run + Chest Workout

Got to the gym this morning for an early Saturday morning workout prior to the long drive out to the Berkshires. Wanted to make sure I got some good calorie burnage so I jumped on the treadmill and proceeded to bang out 3 miles. While not at a real quick pace, I ran between 7.6 -- 8.3 and ended up finishing the 3 mile run in about 23:50 to stay under an 8 minute per mile pace. After finishing up I went over to free weights and worked on chest for about 30 minutes. I finally finished with 50 abs.
