3 Mile Bike Ride, 2 Mile Run, Bi & Tri Workout
Sara and I made it to the gym tonight for a Cinco de Mayo workout. Unfortunately I was still feeling the effects of a graduation party weekend and feeling less than great. Regardless I started off with a 2.92 mile expresso bike ride that I finished in 9:33 with 133 calories burned. Aftwards I strolled over to the free weight area and worked on bi's and tri's for just about a half hour. I then finished up with 2 miles on the treadmill, though I didn't have my nikeplus to be able to track the run! Urgh.
