3 Mile Run + Bicep/Tricep Workout

Started off my Saturday with a solid workout at the BSC in Westborough. I ran 3 miles on the treadmill in 22:04 for an average pace of 7:20/mile with 420 calories burned. After finishing up the run I headed over to the free weights area and worked on 2 bicep and 3 tricep exercises before finally finishing with 50 abs. Solid.
