Lifted Shoulders
Lifted shoulders hard today for about 45 minutes. Overhead press machine, 50-60-70, sitting overhead press with dumbbells of 30-35-40, sitting shoulders on bench of 70-90-120, shoulder extensions with dumbbells, 15-10-5 til muscle fatigue, shrugs with bench bar of 70-90-120, and then shrugs of dumbbells with 50-55-60.
Feeling good...
